岗位职责：1. Support regional sales activities and medical operations to ensure compliance with local law and corporate policies with proper monitoring & reporting mechanism.2. Conduct compliance investigations and deliver investigation report.3. Update management on key legislative & corporate compliance policy development and deliver compliance trainings to employees.1.支持区域销售活动和医疗业务，确保遵守当地法律和公司政策，并建立适当的监督和报告机制。2.进行合规调查并提交调查报告。3.更新管理层的主要立法和公司合规政策的开发，并向员工提供合规培训。
任职要求：1. At least 4 years working experience.
2. Experience in policy and procedure development and management.
3. Excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill.
4. Good influencing skill, able to be firm but also supportive.
5. Can work in English environment (the working language is Chinese and English) Learning agility.
1. 4年以上工作经验。
2. 有政策和程序的制定和管理经验。
3. 优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力。
4. 良好的影响能力，既能坚定自己又能支持他人。
